Quartermaster

All equipment in the den is managed by the Quartermaster, who also manages any loan of equipment to other groups or Leaders, and makes recommendations for purchases.

To reserve equipment for your section, contact the Quartermaster for approval, and place a reservation in the Equipment Calendar.  Lost or damaged equipment should also be reported to the Quartermaster for repair or replacement.

To integrate this calendar into your application, use either:

  • Add Google calendar “Equipment Booking” from user captainmusick@group.scouts.nz (this requires you to be a CMAS Leader with a Google account granted access)
